This amazing twisted and knotted piece of bog pine was found in a bog in Co. Laois having been compressed and preserved by the peat for 1,000's of years. I cleaned off the peat, decayed wood and bark to reveal its natural beauty and mounted it on a beautiful base of polished bog oak.
